If you have a sick desire to add a different experience to you lunges try subbing the 45lb bar with two 25lb dumbells. &lt;br/&gt;Topic of the Day: Good class time suggestions guys. We will collaborate with Ethos on times and see if we can’t get some of their members to show interest on additional class times too. There has to be a solid number of people to demand a particular class time in order to add it on.
